兵团音乐的创作机制、题材类型与思想教育功能

"兵团音乐"这一语辞包含区域、主题、风格、功能、情感等多重属性。本论文尝试从兵团音乐的特质、兵团音乐创作机制的类型、兵团音乐创作主题的类型三方面来阐释兵团音乐的思想教育功能。     

建构主义视角下强化大学生信仰教育的对策探析

建构主义学习理论在强化大学生信仰教育方面有着重要的指导作用。夺文简要分析了夫掌生信仰教育存在的问题,探讨了建构主义学习理论对于强化大学生信仰教育的重要意义,并以建构主义卷习理论隽指导,从“以学生为中心”、“情景创设”、“协作学习”、“利用各种资源”四个方面提出了强化对策,以期提高大学生信仰教育水平,实现大学思想政治教育的功能。     

民族班高等数学教学改革研究

当前关于高校民族班的高等数学教学存在诸多问题,文章首先分析了制约民族生高等数学学习的一系列因素,并着重从激发兴趣动机、注重基于双语的数学语富教学、加强高等数学教学的文化相关性、实施基于民族生自主学习的PBL教学模式、倡导促进民族生的全面和谐发展的多元评价考核模式等方面提出了改进对策。     

Estimating defence budget saving from disarmament: the United States’ case

Probing the technology in the production of US national defence by using a dynamic cost‐function model with adjustment costs, this paper evaluates the effect of reducing the level of national defence on the defence budget saving. Our inquiry involves estimating the defence production structure without output data for non‐market goods that are normally unavailable. Our findings include: (i) the United States behaves rationally to minimize cost in the production of national defence; (ii) the adjustment costs are larger in disarmament than in military build‐up; (iii) due to the adjustment costs peculiar to disarmament, the defence budget saving from disarmament appears small, but cutbacks allow great savings on the defence budget.     

海洋内孤立波时空仿真分析

目前对于内波传播有很多研究方法,虽然总结了很多内波传播的特性,但很少对内波传播特性全面的总结,因此,从内波KDV方程出发,利用椭圆函数展开进行求解,结合垂向模态函数对内波水下结构进行仿真,同时对内波水平流与垂直流在空间与时间上的分布进行分析,总结了内孤立波传播特性,为内波系统的研究提供理论基础。     

科学制定发展规划 彰显地方高校职能

地方高校制定发展规划是适应国内外高等教育发展的客观需求，是区域经济社会发展的必要需求，是高校自身发展的迫切需求。地方高校要履行高校职能，更好地为地方经济社会发展服务就必须科学制定规划，特别是要战略规划学校的办学定位、特色和目标。同时，规划的实施要强调监控并要与高校职能协调统一。     

A general approach to the shape of failure rate and MRL functions

Failure rate and mean residual life are two important characteristics for studying reliability of products. In literature, some work studied the shape of failure rate function based on the knowledge of the associated probability density function; some other work investigated the shape of mean residual life function based on the shape of the associated failure rate function separately for continuous case and discrete case. In this article, a general approach is developed which can be applied to the aforementioned studies. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2004     

Bivariate models from univariate life distributions: A characterization cum modeling approach

Bivariate life distribution models are of importance for studying interdependent components. We present a generic approach by introducing a new concept of characterized model in stead of a characterized distribution. It strikes a balance between characterization and modeling approaches to eliminate their individual limitations and incorporate their respective strengths. The proposed model, being a characterized one, admits many important properties irrespective of the choice of marginal distributions. The retention of univariate IFR, DFR, IFRA, DFRA, NBU, and NWU class properties in the bivariate setup has been ensured along with some results on series combinations and convolution. No other models, available in the literature, can ensure simultaneous retention of these fundamental and extremely important class properties. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Warranty costs: An age‐dependent failure/repair model

An age‐dependent repair model is proposed. The notion of the “calendar age” of the product and the degree of repair are used to define the virtual age of the product. The virtual failure rate function and the virtual hazard function related to the lifetime of the product are discussed. Under a nonhomogeneous Poisson process scenario the expected warranty costs for repairable products associated with linear pro‐rata, nonrenewing free replacement and renewing free replacement warranties are evaluated. Limiting survival functions of self‐similar structures

We show the existence of a unique analytic single parameter limiting survival function arising from the repeated composition of a coherent structure as the number of components tends to infinity.
